The Regnum Animalia project emerged from a deep personal tragedy and a heartfelt desire to better the world for our four-legged friends. It all began with the heartbreaking loss of a puppy within the womb of our beloved dog, Qiji.
Our Story
This puppy tragically passed away during birth due to a ruptured sac and the denial of aid, based on the notion that a dog does not deserve unconditional support during labor and should manage on her own, with no one held accountable if things went wrong.
Witnessing the immense pain and suffering that Qiji endured, we knew action was imperative. After more than six months dedicated to her recovery, we recognized serious problems within pet care and felt a strong call for change. We promised our cherished dog that her puppy, though he left this world far too soon, would leave a meaningful legacy.
In honor of this puppy, named Micare (Latin) — translated as Flash (English, reflecting the fleeting speed with which he departed), we created Regnum Animalia. Qiji has become the queen of our digital kingdom, the minister of good spirits, a muse, and an inspiration. Together, we embody our promise to enhance pet care, address its pressing challenges, and forge new possibilities.
